Being mindful is an important part of nutrition education.
Nutrition is more than just the food we eat and what we know.
It is everything that we consume: what we see, hear, feel, smell, and taste. It's also what we choose to eat or choose not to eat, sustainable practices, cultural practices, family, and our budget.
My nutrition studies include an Advanced Certificate in Nutritional Sciences, Diploma Level 5/6, from the Australasian College of Natural Therapies, I have a Certificate in Nutrition, and a Certificate in Nutrition and Coaching from Precision Nutrition, and I hold an Ayurvedic Nutritionist Certification.
