Beach Yoga Spring Challenge
The Challenge is designed to take you on a journey, whether you're a beginner or a more experienced yogi.
November 5th – 19th. Energise, relax, de-stress, focus, rejuvenate, move, breathe, and enjoy nature. This year we have 2 hot weeks of beach yoga classes, with a selection of classes at 6.30 am, 9.30 am, and 6.30 pm, 6 days per week.
Are you up for the challenge?
During the beach yoga classes, you will also learn:
Oceanbeach Road, Mount Maunganui, use Girven Road beach access, with all classes on the beach between access 6.5 and 6.7. No mat required, but bring one if you want. A towel and sunnies are recommended.
All classes are 45 minutes except the Sunday classes which are 60 minutes in duration.

The Beach Yoga Spring Challenge is on rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather conditions we will retreat into the studio at 324B Oceanbeach Road, next to beach access 6.5.
