Are you feeling burnt out? Tired? Stressed?
Lacking motivation? Low in energy?
One of the above? All of the above?

Spring is on her way, however, if you're burnt out and haven't given your mind and body a chance to rest and rejuvenate over the winter, you won't have a spring in your step. In this workshop, participate in whatever feels good for you on the day.

  • Meditation practice, Anapanasati. Cultivate inner peace, remembering the breath.
  • A gentle Vinyasa Yoga practice balancing Vata and Kapha seasons.
  • Acupressure/Marma Points/Ayurvedic massage.
  • Gratitude practice. Bring inner peace and balance to the mind and body.
  • Approaches from Ayurveda ancient healing tradition and Western nutrition, sleep, & recovery.
  • Vastu. Tips to inspire good health and well-being leading into the Spring Season.
  • Learn to create a healing space.
  • The in-studio option will finish with Sangha, Q&A, and hot chai.
