Spring is on her way. Mother Earth wakes up, and there is upward moving energy all around with plants sprouting, flowers blooming, and people feeling energetic, wanting to be active and have fun outside.
However, if you're burnt out and haven't given your mind and body a chance to rest and rejuvenate over the winter, you won't have a spring in your step.
In our workshop, Chill Time, participate in whatever feels good for you on the day. We will slowly and mindfully move through spiritual practices that benefit your body and mind.
Meditation practice, Anapanasati. Cultivate inner peace, remembering the breath.
A gentle flow into yin, Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga practice. Slowly and mindfully move and warm up the body, allow stagnant energy to flow, focusing on selected meridians in the body.
