Starting with a free one-on-one consultation in January, we will create a personalised wellness plan tailored to your goals. There are 3 Challenge options to choose from to suit your needs. Our Challenge kicks off on February 2nd with a group meet-up, our Sunday Sangha, and ends on February 28th with a celebration and a reward for those who stay committed.

How it Works
Step 1: January Your Consult
We’ll meet one-on-one (in person, Zoom, or phone) to:
- Define your goal and intention
- Map out a fitness plan
- Establish personalised rituals and routines
Step 2: February Your Support
Group Support will ensure you stay focused on your goals:
- Sunday Sangha (Zoom): Meditation and intention sharing
- Tuesday Evening Yin (Zoom): Yoga, mindfulness, and recovery essentials
- Check-ins: Mark your progress with daily fitness, yoga, or meditation
Step 3: March Your Success
February 28th: Celebrate with rewards for completing the Challenge:
- Free one-month Evening Yin pass
- Free Yin Yoga on the Beach pass, or

The Core
Challenge
Ideal for busy individuals looking for flexibility and online support.
You have a clear goal, you have an established exercise/yoga/meditation routine but will find it hard staying on track when you get back to work, have to organise the kids for school, or when the end of summer approaches. You are motivated but would like to have support from a group or wanting to learn or practise meditation.
The Sunday Sangha is at 8 pm, so hopefully that gives you time to prepare for the week, you’ve eaten dinner, the kids are organised, and in bed, and now it’s time to focus on you. The Sangha includes time to share our intentions, support, and practise a meditation. The Sangha is about being mindful and compassionate. Duration, depending on attendance, will be approx 45 minutes.

You’re wanting join yoga and meditation classes, meet new inspiring people, establish a good fitness routine, and you’re ready to take on the challenge and do everything you can to keep up your healthy routine, or looking to start one!
*Local to the Mount, your choice of 4 weekly beach yoga classes, come to 1 or do all 4. Up to you.
**If you’re from elsewhere or can’t make the in-person classes, a Zoom vinyasa yoga class every week (recorded so you can do at anytime) plus a personal coaching call just for you.
